Please note that all information provided by the applicant will be held by Film Philippines Office, the Selection Committee, and FDCP on a strictly commercial-in-confidence basis. Some information may be provided to the Philippine government, or an external auditor in order to assess the application. These parties likewise will be bound to treat such information as commercial-in-confidence.
PROVISIONAL APPLICATION
Provisional Application may be submitted either before, during, or after production, provided that the project meets the requirement of (1) being wholly or partly made in the Philippines, (2) having partnership with a Filipino line-producer, post-production company, and/or animation studio, and (3) have met the minimum required amount (depending on the format) to be spent on the QPPE. The reckoning period for qualifying expenses shall commence only upon receipt of the complete provisional notification from the Film Philippines Office. Additionally, please note that the project must begin its principal photography, animation, or post-production within six (6) months from its date of selection.
FINAL VERIFICATION
Each project has a maximum period of one (1) year, or one (1) year and six (6) months for animation projects, from the date of selection to complete the final verification process. During this period, the applicant may activate the verification once (a) the declared production activity in the Philippines has been completed, (b) the FLIP final verification form has been accomplished, and (c) all required documents, including the final audit report, have been submitted to filmphilippines@fdcp.gov.ph.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Submit your FLIP Provisional Application by completing the designated Google Form.
- Submit your application during the application cycle, within working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine holidays.
- Ensure that all requirements on the checklist are submitted in English.
- Upload each requirement in the correct field, following the required format and size limit specified for every line item. Otherwise, the FPO will disregard these and consider your application incomplete.
- The official submission date will be the day the FPO confirms your completion of your application.
- Please ensure that all information submitted is accurate, as the declarations made in the provisional application will serve as the basis for the selection committee’s decision. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or considered.
