MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) have officially signed the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) Guidelines on the Issuance of Shooting Location Permits for Local and Foreign Production Companies.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Following the success of Cycle 1 of the Film Philippines Incentives (FPI) program, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) officially opens Cycle 2 from July 2, 2025, to July 21, 2025. The incentives guidelines have been updated to cater short film formats under the International Co-Production Fund (ICOF).

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, FEBRUARY 5, 2024 — PHILIPPINES GOES TO THE 74TH BERLINALE! The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) will lead the Philippine delegation at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival and European Film Market (EFM) which will be held from February 15-21, 2024 in Germany. Filipino film “Huling Palabas” by Ryan Machado is set to compete in the festival’s Generation 14plus section.
